Do I still need to take a prenatal supplement in addition to following the meal plans?

Yes!

While we emphasise a food-first approach, it's important to acknowledge that eating perfectly every day isn’t possible plus there is never any guarentee you're going to absorb 100% of the nutrients inside food.

That's why we recommend taking a high-quality prenatal supplement that is tailored to your needs to cover any nutrient gaps and give you reassurance that you’re getting the right dose of the right nutrients to support a healthy Mum and bub.

Can I pay month-to-month?

Bump & Bloom is more than just effortless meal plans and a community. It's an opportunity for you to spend less time worrying about your nutrition and more time enjoying being pregnant and preparing for the arrival of your baby.

Although I'd love to be able to offer you month-to-month payments, I recommend you join the membership for at least 3 months to ensure you're getting the benefits of plant diversity and variety. Following the same meal plan again and again is not what I recommend.

After 3 months, you have the opportunity to cancel anytime.

Can I use my private health insurance?
