1. In a bowl, mix together the coconut milk, cranberry juice, maple syrup, and chia seeds. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
2. Divide the frozen cranberries between popsicle moulds. Pour the coconut milk mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze for eight hours or overnight until completely frozen. Enjoy!
